My travel agent booked this shuttle service for me from the airport to my hotel next year, I received a confirmation email from them that I was booked, then a few weeks later (, yesterday) I received a phone call from my travel agent she received an email from airport shuttle express that they have cancelled my booking, no reason given, not impressed with them at all

Firstly I'm a female not a sir!!!
Secondly it's simply polite to contact the CUSTOMER in regards to this, it's got nothing to do with me what the travel agent has done or not done, they told me they didn't receive any invoice from you,I don't want to get involved in that, but myself the customer was affected by your bad customer service, and thankyou but I have booked someone else, if you had contacted me personally I would have paid you myself as I had paid via the travel agent, but you didn't you simply cancelled my booking, this I do not appreciate thankyou

Die Fahrt an sich war ok, aber das Shuttle vom Flughafen in die Stadt war chaotisch! Obwohl ich einen bestimmten Bus gebucht hatte, musst ich fast eine Stunde länger warten und an der Haltestelle wo ich aussteigen wollte, fuhr der Bus so schnell wieder los, dass ich eine Station später aussteigen musste!

The Airport Shuttle Express van picked us up at our hotel. No need to walk or take taxi to the airport. Shuttle arrived ahead of time. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, driving was good. I highly recommend this service.

Great ride and service 1€ more than the train, and we were dropped off in front of the hotel. Was able to make an appointment for the pick-up, and they were there early for us.

We had a great experience with Airport Shuttle Express. Their service ended up being about €10 cheaper than a round trip cab, and we'd had some long cab waits so were concerned about getting one on our departure day. We had a reservation and waited maybe 10 minutes on our arrival day before heading toward our hotel with a full shuttle. Our driver on our departure day was at least 5 mins early and we ended up being his only passengers. Staff spoke English so it was easy for us to communicate, and their location right in the airport train station was easy to find.

Update: the business owner responded noting the time it takes within the airport to reach the office. It may be true if you’re traveling solo but with kids and luggage and following instructions sent can take time and that’s what Google will not tell you. Furthermore, we showed up late, yes, but I provided my flight details to you ahead of time which was most likely not checked.

Word of caution, dial down your expectations! I booked this thinking it was going to be a private shuttle as their website also implies it as “Rome Private Transfer”. This was completely misleading and false advertising on their part. You share a big van that fits 10-12 people and the van is nothing fancy either. It does get you from point A to B if that’s all you’re looking for. However, keep in mind that it takes anywhere from 15-20 minutes to walk to the train station where this office is (it’s hard to find though they send you instructions a day before) and then once you reach to the office, you ask for the shuttle and they call in the driver which takes another 20-25 minutes, ouch! Also, their “exclusive waiting room” is nothing fancy either.

Also, I saw that the driver did not even offer to assist other folks with their baggage until I brought it up when it was my turn.

I’d definitely not recommend this to anyone going to Rome.
