Wir waren das 1. Mal in Venedig, habe bei Consorzio Motoscafi einen Privattransfer vom Marco Polo airport nach Venedig und retour gebucht. Ich kann nur sagen: WOOOW!!

am Taxistand angekommen, wurden wir sofort freundlich empfangen, unser Boot war innert 5 Minuten parat.
- der Fahrer super hilfsbereit und freundlich
- das Boot, sauber und gepflegt
- die Fahrt war super angenehm und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt
- die Ankunft beim Hotel ( kein Wasserzugang ) sehr nahe zum Eingang

Die Rückreise zum Flughafen

- pünktliche Abholung am vereinbarten Ort
- der Fahrer super hilfsbereit und freundlich
- das Boot, sauber und gepflegt
- die Fahrt war super angenehm und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt
- Ankunft am Flughafen direkt am Steg wie bei der Abreise

Für uns absolut die richtige Wahl und wir empfehlen dieses Unternehmen aufjedenfall weiter, keine versteckten Kosten, keine langen Wartezeiten oder leere Versprechungen. Auch der Kundenservice ( bei uns per email ) rasant schnelle und klare Antworten.

Hat alles super geklappt. Buchung online. Flugstatus wird beobachtet. Boot hat schon gewartet und auch die Rückfahrt war überpünktlich. Fahrer waren alle sehr nett. Die schönste und schnellste Anreise zum Lido.....

Online booking. Picked my family up right on time and got us to our hotel easily. We also used them for an early airport transfer. Again arrived on time and dropped us off right at the Venice airport. Highly recommend

Online booking was straightforward. Received the confirmation email after payment.

In the confirmation email was included a diagram with directions to the booth. But the diagram is inaccurate and lacks key information such as the outside street, scale or distance to the booth from exiting customs. The booth on the diagram is in the wrong spot!

Our plane was late evening and it was dark in December after 5pm. We went outside, couldn't find the booth, came back in and walked for 5 minutes toward the dock. Luckily I had a sim card that worked in Europe so called the customer service to check and fortunately someone picked up the phone and gave better direction. We finally found the booth, which was in a different spot than on the diagram with a tiny logo.

Because of the fog we were told it wasn't safe to travel by boat from the airport. So a taxi was called in to take us from the airport to Venice island. The driver dropped us off near the train station where we had to walk down to the waterside to board our boat. So we only did half of a boat trip to the dock of the hotel even though we paid for a private boat trip from the airport.

Pretty frustrating experience. The boat was comfy but it was dark so could not see much of Venice from the canals. The weather is outside of the operator's control but the map/diagram needs to be updated.

Found this through a telegraph article but wasn't sure due to lack of reviews. PayPal payment have some comfort. Arrived and found their booth very easily. It's a five minute walk to the pier to get a boat. Only problem was driver didn't drop us off at the hotel, drop off was at a ferry stop a few minutes walk from hotel. I told him the hotel had a water dock but he said no. Wasn't until later I discovered that the taxi could have dropped as directly at the hotel, bit frustrating paying the higher price to not get dropped off at the destination in the booking.

There are a couple locations on the map for this company but I'm reviewing the location at the airport where we were picked up. For €135 split four ways, the ride price was reasonable. A private taxi was a fun way to see the city and decompress from the long flight. There was room for our luggage and room to spread out inside the boat. I wish they had been able to take us directly to our hotel, but weren't able to--I think maybe something to do with the tide?
