Nonostante un piccolo fraintendimento iniziale, il personale di Venezia Turismo Consorzio Motoscafi ha fatto tutto il possibile per accomodare le nostre richieste, mostrando una forte attenzione al cliente. Ringrazio infinitamente il signore al centralino (Marco) per la sua cortesia e gentilezza. I fraintendimenti possono capitare ma raramente ho visto un impegno così tempestivo nel cercare la soluzione migliore. Grazie di tutto, alla prossima.

È da più di un mese che aspetto la riposta per un preventivo ho già scritto 4 mail e telefonato più volte ma non si sono neanche degnati di dare nessuna risposta. Molto deludenti.

BEST AIRPORT TRANSFERS EVER! If you're feeling luxury, do the private water taxi. The boat was so beautiful, and it made the trip so lovely. We passed water taxis filled with tons of people, and it would have been so sad not to get a chance to see the canals of Venice on a relaxing way! Try it, you won't be disappointed. It was decently easy to locate the company in the hall past the baggage claim. The very kind lady at the desk some perfect English, which was wonderful. A bit of a walk to the dock, and we we on our way! Would do again without question!

Great experience and such a great way to venture from the airport to the actual islands of Venice! Easy instructions to find the desk. Not the most friendly guy at the desk, but lets you know where to stand. Super friendly Asian lady guided us through the airport to the boat.

From there we hopped in and enjoyed the sites on the way to Venice. Be sure to double check which part of the island you’re on because the capitals of the water taxi will ask and drop groups off according to location. Highly recommend!

On collection we followed the instructions and the coordinates coupled with the photo of where we were being picked up. We waited there from 3:00 (our pick up time was 3:20) at 3:30 there was still no sign of the water taxi so I called the number and the phone just rang and rang. We where getting quite worried at this stage could miss our flight, then a taxi pulls up alongside another taxi and asked for our name, this was our driver and he had the hump with us as “apparently” we where not at the correct point it was the other side of the bridge and he had been waiting 30 minutes for us, i was like how can I have coordinates wrong? I press a button and it shows me where to go! PLUS this picture on the front of the booking with a big red arrow on it states here! Anyways we made a complaint and an apology and confirmation that it would be looked at so this occurrence wouldn’t happen to another customer was what we were seeking. However we were met with argumentative rudeness and they supported the driver that was waiting in a different place over the coordinates they provided and the customer! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

Très bonne expérience, deux transferts da la piazzale Roma à la place Saint Marc et retour. Notre hôtel n'étant pas accessible en bateau, on nous a fixé un point de rendez-vous proche tout à fait acceptable. Nous avons eu besoin d'avancer l'horaire de prise en charge, ce qui a été fait sans problème.
Chauffeurs très aimables dans les deux cas et bateaux très confortables

Terrible company. Paid full price €140,- for a water taxi from the airport to the hotel which has a dock directly in front of the hotel. The driver just dropped us in the middle of the center and told us we just had to cross the bridge. Turned out it was a 1,5 km walk with a small child with a buggy. 2 large suitcases weighing over 50 kg. 2 large backpacks. We had to carry it over numerous bridges. Hotel staff told us this is a common thing. So don’t use this company!! Filed a complaint neven got a response.
